1st day in 2013 at Fitness First

wahhh... sudah lama x ke gym. so, first start ever for this year for my workout. i think because of new year, and the crowd is increasing. ramainya, almost fully occupied the fitness equipment except few equipment yang biasa orang x guna especially stepper. mesti semua yang new face itu azam baru untuk kurus, kept fit and healthy life. hehehe

since recently ni dah gain weight, so workout kena consistent. i want to gain weight at first but once i gain the weight it scary me. nanti kalau betul2 gemuk, macam mana? thats why keep the way you are.

workout, daily food balance, drink a lot of plain water, enough sleep and rest... thats the most important things to keep it up!
